A Carroll Legacy. A New Generation.
Timber Hauling • Land Clearing • Forestry & Hauling Solutions
For the Carroll family, timber isn’t a new business.
It’s a way of life that has been passed down through generations.
Today, owner Adam Carroll is carrying that legacy forward with Carroll Timber Company—building a modern timber hauling and land services company on the same values that have defined his family for generations:
Hard work. A man’s word. A job done right. And a name worth protecting.
Based in Holmes County, Florida, Carroll Timber Company provides timber hauling, land clearing, and related services throughout the Florida Panhandle and Southern Alabama.
Built on a Name That Was Here Before Us
The name Carroll Timber Company has history.
Decades before Adam Carroll formed today’s company, his grandfather, Willard L. Carroll, owned a business by the same name.
Willard worked in the logging industry and parked his logging truck at the end of the family property—the same property where Adam lives today.
The road itself still carries his name: W. L. Carroll Lane.
Logging continued through the Carroll family. Adam’s father followed the industry, and Adam grew up with timber, trucks, equipment, and the stories of the men who worked this land before him.
So when it came time to put a name on this company, the right name was already there.
Carroll Timber Company.
Not because it sounded good.
Because it belongs here.
Carrying It Forward
Adam talks about his grandfather often.
Willard Carroll’s life was closely tied to logging, and tragically, it was while working on his logging truck that his life ended. He was killed in an accident while changing a tire.
His story, his work ethic, and his connection to this land were never forgotten.
Today, another generation of the Carroll family is putting trucks on the road.
The equipment is newer. The industry has changed. The territory has grown.
But some things haven’t changed at all.
Your word still matters.
Your work still matters.
And your name still matters.
That’s the Carroll legacy we’re carrying forward.

We’re a new company with an old connection to this business.
The Carroll family’s involvement in timber spans generations.
Grandfather. Father. Son.
Different generations.
Different equipment.
The same industry.
That history gives Carroll Timber Company something that can’t be manufactured with a logo or advertising campaign:
Roots.
We know that reputations aren’t built by what you say about yourself. They’re built one job, one handshake, and one relationship at a time.
